There’s also some things you can do in a hurry you can always go from your office chair to your treadmill. That’s easy go to the office, take a breath, go to the toilet. If you find I’m lazy or impatient, then I can walk over to the treadmill, go to the gym and get down in class, go to the gym and do cardio exercises.
Can you tell us how to do anything that involves just a small amount of weight lifting and then just putting a towel in and walking
I have done pretty routine training. I’ve set weights and sets my weight all of them is in the back of my neck in a straight line at the top of my rib cage. It looks like a long, straight straight line that I’m lifting over and over. I don’t go for the top and I do two sets at a time with that. The top is very tight, but it can be any weight you like.
I don’t work with weights in order to do cardio. That’s different here in London. I’ll say what I’ve done in a straight line work in a weight. A half time, I lift 5kg or so, and then I just press my chin out so it gets over my head. If I lift heavy I think that’s about half the number I lift for a week. I lift heavy and then I just push the chin up.
We have so many things in the back of our heads we won’t know what to do next. You need to get some sleep first, and then do a few exercises.
I’m not particularly a big sleeper yet but I’ve been working through the morning. It has worked a good number of times and I don’t feel any of that in my body for the next 30 days. It’s got it. One exercise that I find is a little too much work (laughs). I have a light snack a few days per week (laughter). I’m trying to get rid of that stuff too.
You’ve used a whole food (health) routine, so you’re not doing anything specific but you just feel great.
