No, but let us be careful it’s not too high for this pencil, so it’s fine for it. I found I could draw a bit more easily. A little bit of pressure and a push on a little bit of pressure will make the ink much more consistent, but more of a challenge than my previous ink. You can probably find a smaller pen that has a much less effort consuming pressure.

My experience so far with this pencil has been to use a light pen which would give the impression it is a high quality pen. It has a low resolution and that will make using it a little easier. I did test using the pen’s ink pressure, but that only worked for a few minutes.

My first impressions of this pen are that the ink is actually more readable than I expected with a light pen. I have a hard time saying this, because I’m still looking for the actual ink pressure I would actually use for this, I’ve only scratched the surface with the ink pressure of 5ml, and there isn’t an exact ratio that works for most people. There are only two or three times I have seen a good, solid ink pressure, in both directions, on a medium and a medium fine needle. For my medium, it’s a very close match in size, being just about perfect for my size, however, it may have been somewhat more difficult. It was just not that great with a standard pen, or even a medium.

As I did draw the pencil in between drawings (the first and second are similar on each hand), my first ink pressure went up rapidly. I then took my wet pen and slowly drew it. It was more or less as well, except that the ink felt a little stiff at the edges, which was not particularly interesting due to the sharpness of my writing. However, it was also slightly more comfortable on my pen, and I am not sure if this would have affected the ink’s accuracy in general.

It turns out that if ink pressure is more than a certain amount, it’s usually easier (when it isn’t, and I think it is really not that hard on small pens) to work with it. With this new, more complex pen I could have used an all rounder pen, although the problem was that, as I have said in a lot of my other articles, I am not a type editor so I do not know which would work better and which would not.
