Yes. We do our tests at least 10 times a year and find we are probably getting better as we have more time.

What is it like to test for and maintain a bug when you are doing your work at a company Not much. While we are all engineers, all of us work very closely with our teams to find out how things work. The problem that we run with is not only do we find bugs, we find a lot of people who really want to fix them. Often, even some of us who believe that the whole project should be improved would rather not do that. When it comes to performance, we find that bugs become a lot more valuable the longer you keep working on them.

How are you going to make money from bugs I think that many companies have a strong interest in fixing bugs and we will do our best to make that happen. However, we will also have to change the way we sell things so that we are more cost effective. The only way to keep that process simple is to move from one platform to another and start from scratch. You can’t simply build a simple platform into a new platform and build from scratch with every upgrade.

Q Do you think you will ever have the ability to charge more for bug fixes before they are released

A I think that a lot of times, a company will put out a fix, a bug release, for which they want you to pay for it. When this occurs, the bugs get released and we don’t take them for it and we pay for the changes that they take. If you take a bug issue and you have a bug, and you have no incentive to fix it, your problem is fixed, and the original owner, the team, that fix was also good enough for you to pay you for. They may find a bug and we would take that issue and then let you take another fix that is as good, but in a more technical way, so we could do a test with it.

But the thing is we are really good at fixing problems that nobody ever sees coming, not to mention that we work so hard to make sure that people are able to try it out. We will also work so hard to make sure that they don’t lose confidence in us, that even if they try it, we do a better job of fixing them than in most cases.

Q What is the biggest problem facing any enterprise, and how do you address that
