The Anglican Church is today pleased to announce the completion of an additional three-month project to complete the building of a new cathedral in the town of St. John’s, located on Church Hill Road in New Zealand. The project is an interdisciplinary project consisting of the following

A major upgrade of the Anglican Church’s existing parish churches in St. John’s, including a new St. James-area church, building a small and extensive cathedral on Church Hill Road

Constructions of a new monastic church adjacent to the first one and a church of Christ at a lower level

A new altar, church, and chapel to be built to address the needs of the new cathedral

Construction of churches for the new church.

The main construction work continues in earnest on the existing cathedral and the new building to be completed at the end of 2013.

This ongoing project supports our faith and helps us to bring together the people who wish to understand our history and who share our vision of a world in which love and truth can come through as freely and equally as we can.
