How much do you work in music

It’s not so much getting people to put more effort into their musicI’m more trying to do one thing and then get people to put more effort into other things. It’s like we’re on a planet, and we’re trying to put too much energy into what we’ve been doing so far and not be able to find that balance for ourselves.

I really like the one by N.W.A.D. it was about one hour long, and I love how the story was told on stage.

What does Away From The World mean to you in regards to your new record label

When I said Way From the World, it was a surprise. It meant No Way, which I was also thrilled to be saying. It gives people a chance to be connected to other artists. It’s something I’m trying to find ways to keep working towards.

I’ve been doing a lot of live music lately and I was really honored to be in a band right here in LA. The music can be very experimental, very personal, which is exactly what we’re trying to do we’re in what I call a studio where everything is always out of our control. We really want to bring that down, and bring an experience of freedom and creativityall of that. For me that’s what all of music is all about, being in that world at all, and bringing something back.
