TIP-in-the-sky So the morning stuff is important all the time. When you’re doing this training on the treadmill, you always have different sets of sets of sets of cardio. But every set is different in every style.

What is the first thing you look at and do before every workout

TIP-in-the-sky Before a workout. I love getting physical, going on a jog. I train all the time and practice for a couple sets. I’ll do the best I can.

What do you do after the workout

TIP-in-the-sky I train all the time, and I love the same things I used to do before the workout. I’m doing just a few different moves of all the different techniques that I had before the workout.
