For over a year, it has been my passion, my love, to write an art book a piece of visual art. I’ve done both art and photo book art so many times now that it was just a dream come true. I love writing about it and about myself, about my own art so I can write more about it, because it’s my passion that I need to do these stories for. I want stories that are not just about being around people but how we can create positive change in the world.

People ask me what is the goal of my art When I was young and on a really hard hard road of making art that I felt I was getting too old and getting beaten down, it was one of the hardest of all because I couldn’t keep fighting. Not until this past year when I was actually finishing my art, and working on something new and exciting, and I was looking for the inspiration, to bring it to fruition, so to speak, I met the poet, and I told him that I love the project.

I’ve done a lot of writing about how people are trying to change how the world looks and feel, whether that’s in the U.S., Europe or Africa or, more frequently, across the globe. I feel something inside me and I feel that my love for that. This is the first time ever that I have really spoken to people about what’s going on behind their backs as they are making the journey of making their voices heard. This is how my work is going, and the inspiration this story came from was a huge inspiration.

What’s your inspiration for the new series

It’s so exciting so far, and this is what it has all come together for. So far, that’s all I know for this project. It’s been so easy to go on about these things, but I feel like my voice is going to be heard and that’s what is really motivating right now.

I’m hoping the series will be fun, but not only is it a journey, but it’s going to be interesting to see who are people interested in participating in the story. I really feel this need for stories about life and art and about being alive. The question, I think, is, I want to be a part of that. I want to make it, I want this project, but I want to know who I was going to become. I wish it were not so hard to get involved in.
