Let me give you one of my favorite dance pieces one of the most enjoyable to perform in all my years of training. The way it moves, it’s absolutely beautiful.

You can see more about the pole dance as well as what makes it so great. If you can get to where you aren’t working, you will have an added edge.

I do find that every time I go up and do a movement I feel my whole body is working. It just kind of feels like you are working. Then it gets better and improves and it’s just fantastic

Have you ever done a pole dancing class by yourself or a group of friends where something has changed. What would you say it was because of your own progress

It seems like there is now an abundance of resources to learn the art. As I started my pole dancing studies (which I am a part of and that I’m going to publish as well) I found myself using a range of different kinds of dance movements, from straight to crosslegged, and many more variations of these styles.

I feel like all the beginners I’ve trained have found that many of the great new things I’ve learned have been a whole new take on ‘the art’ and there is more to dance and why it has changed my life as I know it now.

What’s the best way to create and teach these movements

I use something called ‘aural gymnastics.’ This style is very simple and does things well as long as it’s not hard or hard on the muscles. With this I know a lot of movements are easily achieved out of the blue and I find that the more you practice, the better and quicker it becomes.

To use it you simply perform movements by using your fingers or hands (like the double back squat) and it becomes easier. If you try some of the other movements it’s easy.

What’s the next step of a dance journey that is so easy and fun to learn with this kind of approach to your life

As with any artistic, it depends on the person and style. However, I just wanted to share my own tips and experiences with you guys.
