When did you get the idea to bring Grand Prix Visions to Xbox One

That one was announced last week and the one I was told is probably going to take place in April, at about 700 PM PT. We started it as a really small demo.

The game was initially scheduled to be available for Xbox One on February 3rd. However, with the launch of Grand Prix Visions on March 4th, Microsoft stopped offering it. And that meant it would be very difficult for players to get their hands on the game. So we thought, Oh yeah, we’ll add Grand Prix Visions to Xbox One this year.

What was your first idea

It was actually a concept that had been around long before I got the project off the shelf. As we had seen in the recent interviews, we’re a very traditional team, so we decided to be more of a family oriented game.

As a multiplayer title, what happened when the game got launched

We wanted people to have to be ready to go into Grand Prix Visions with one another. So we created a big map with a variety of characters, buildings, and things that we wanted people to be ready
