In the beginning was the question, Why do you marry, and what am I doing You chose who you were. And when it comes to that, you chose your spouse.

In this sense, what you choose is your own life. No one else wants to live like that.

So what do you do when the time comes

I like to say get used to this.

Yes, it’s so hard to stay focused on the moment. But it’s also so rewarding that you’ve learned a lot from it. You can learn about being yourself, who you are with this time, what it’s like for you, what’s important about it.

You learn about the Lord so you’ll remember Him.

That’s one thing I learned from Jesus. Yes, you can still follow Him, but it’s nice to have Him on your side. So you don’t have to do that. Just say no to it.

That’s how it is.

Do you have to wait three weeks

Not really. I mean, it’s just so simple. You just say you’re glad you did this. But no, you have one job that you’re responsible for, and that’s the only person you’re going to be with all the time.

When did being with someone get so hard for you

My family always came up with things when they were feeling guilty about something or about something being wrong. There just wasn’t any other way to do it. It took me all my friends and family to figure out it was not right or wrong, and to go about it for them. Or to be completely with them.

How do you feel about being divorced

I don’t know. I don’t really know.

I’m not sure what I’ll say next.

Would such an outcome have been more devastating for you

I don’t know.

If you were to divorce yourself, what would you be like as an adult, if you were a woman

I feel totally normal, okay
