That is right. I want you to choose your wheels correctly. And it is not hard to do. Here are the five rules you should follow when the wheel comes into your possession

No. You may not pick up an item which would destroy your character and could possibly cause your character to suffer permanent damage.

The wheel must appear when at least 2 actions are required. This includes taking an Action by placing it in one of your Action points or selecting a Action from the dropdown menu on the left of the gamepad. If a wheel doesn’t appear before placing it, it may be a result of a problem which has nothing to do with the wheel. There are exceptions. If the wheel appears at the same time as the action called, but no action called is available, the Action is not played.

If 1 action is available (for example, if you are wielding an item which would destroy the character and could potentially cause the character to suffer permanent damage), an Action in the right hand corner can be chosen as the first action.

It is not necessary to have the wheel on display if you use Action Points as well as your character’s Dexterity as this means the wheel will also appear when you choose it.

However, it is possible to choose an Action from the dropdown menu on the left, without taking an Action by using your character’s Strength or Dexterity at all.

Your character gains up to a maximum number of points per round on the following dice

Reverse the rules to create a random number.

The number of rounds must be kept exactly the same.

The next player using any action on the wheel will gain a bonus action.

Reverse the Rules to make a rule about how much movement the character should start at each turn, but do not start them at random.

Rovers are completely legal.

The wheel cannot be stopped while you are moving or resting or playing (no matter if the wheel is on or off).

Rovers prevent you from gaining extra points or increasing your level of movement by 50 or more.

When the wheel appears to be locked or unclicked on an action, use that action to perform it immediately
