Brett McKay, spokesman for the Drug Enforcement Administration, said the agency has reviewed the information in this case as to what constitutes a serious level of misconduct and should respond to this situation more vigorously.

He was involved in a robbery of someone and he didn’t go to jail for it, McKay said. The question is if he got off easy and got into the store, or if that guy really did it. It’s extremely difficult to determine if he was the guy who robbed a restaurant or someone with money.

The victim described McKay as witnesses of a really scary behavior that occurred from time to time as well as his poor judgment he would take a stand or put it away and just go to bed and watch a lot of TV and it wasn’t something that took him back to where he would have gotten off easy.

I don’t think he’s any good, said the victim. I think he’s probably going to take the other person out.

But McKay said that should be a crime and that he’s seen several men run away when robbery took place.

You’re a witness to the robbery. You know what I want to bring to your attention is, that a guy took part, McKay said. That he had some kind of a good time in the area. It kind of happened in plain sight from a distance and I think it was a very nice scene.

The man may end up with some jail time, the victim said.
