I went to work for a company called Fiduciary Trusts that manages a company called VEVA, which makes an automotive business with a workforce of 30,000 people in Las Vegas. After graduation from my second year at VEVA, my next job was in the automotive industry and I have three employees in Virginia Mike Miller, the manager Mark Sernoff, the CEO and Brian Zimdler, the CEO. That job gave me an education in automotive engineering, and I learned some skills that we need to be learning in order to do what we do well.

I’ve also moved a lot on from that. Now, for the next decade or more, I’ve been taking care of a whole family with my grandchildren and nephews and our other family members, and working in a very small group. For the next 40 years, I will be a CEO of every auto dealership in Las Vegas, and I won’t be the CEO anymore.

I’ll be the CEO of one of the largest truckers in the world. What is the most attractive job for you What does this mean for you I think it means that you will be as successful in your next career as you were in your last one as a business owner and vice chairman

My new job is to get these young men to work hard for me. So let me go with that one To get them to work and keep working. And that will be my number one goal.

What’s been the highest salary, the highest gross salary of your career Do you feel anything special about your salary as a company CEO or an executive officer doing your jobs

This is a question with an answer, because I have a family, which means that my wife and kids depend on the money. That means that, if one of my children or any of my friends was to die, I wouldn’t be able to take care of them. I can’t. I can’t. And so I will always be grateful to the people who rely on me. But I do have one obligation, however long someone wishes to keep working, and that’s to stay ahead of the competition and not get discouraged by the amount of money you get. So be prepared, be courageous, and be willing to take on new jobs, and I mean that in a positive way.
